Workout Woes
Haunted by this memory, you glance longingly at the elevator bank. I couldn’t. I shouldn’t. I won’t. It’s just one flight…!
W4W || DAY 5 (92 MILES)
In total, we biked over 450 miles, raised just shy of $40K, and joined with hundreds in united prayer to move the needle closer to freedom and justice for all. Thanks for everyone who played a part in the journey!

Today was full of twists and turns but God showed up in literally ALL of them!

Morning Madness
Thoroughly MN-winter-bundled and booted up, awkwardly weighed down by my gym and computer bags, arms flailing dramatically, I “run” through drifts of un-shoveled sidewalk and skate across an icy intersection, shamelessly chasing down the bus approaching my bus stop, still a quarter of a block away.
